Reset an LT3 user account password

Instructions to reset a password for an LT3 user.

  1. Log into LPI Cloud as an admin at https://templator.com
  2. Click Team Members
  3. Click the user’s record
  4. Click Send Forgot Password Email or Copy Reset Link to Clipboard
    1. If Send Forgot Password Email is clicked, the user will receive an email and need to click the Reset Password button in it. 
    2. If Copy Reset Link to Clipboard is clicked, provide the copied link to the user via email, TeamViewer, etc.
