Instructions to reset a password for an LT3 user.
- Log into LPI Cloud as an admin at https://templator.com
- Click Team Members
- Click the user’s record
- Click Send Forgot Password Email or Copy Reset Link to Clipboard
- If Send Forgot Password Email is clicked, the user will receive an email and need to click the Reset Password button in it.
- If Copy Reset Link to Clipboard is clicked, provide the copied link to the user via email, TeamViewer, etc.
