LT1 is built on top of Microsoft’s .NET framework. It is a developer platform made up of tools, programming languages, and libraries for building a variety of different types of applications.
The .NET framework is required to be installed prior to installing the LT1.
- Click
- Type Turn Windows Features on or off > click Turn Windows Features on or off
- Tick the box next to .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
- Click OK
- Click Download files from Windows Update
- If asked, click Restart Now
