Error: Could not load file or assembly ‘TD_Mgd_4.02_11.DLL’ or one of its dependencies

Description

While opening TemplatePro (legacy) the following error appears

				
					Could not load file or assembly 'TD_Mgd_4.02_11.DLL' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

Cause

This error is caused by not having Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 installed on the PC prior to opening TemplatePro.

Resolution

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 

  1. Download vcredist_x64_2012.exe .
  2. Double click vcredist_x64-2012.exe.
  3. Tick the checkbox next to I agree to the license terms and conditions.
  4. Click Install.
  5. Click Close.
