Delete email addresses from the address book

Modify Address book in LT1

Click File > Import/Export > E-Mail
Click the address book button
Right-click or tap and hold the email address that is no longer needed
Click Remove

Modify AddressBook.txt

Click Edit > Options > Advanced
Click Open next to Application Data Directory
Double click AddressBook.txt
Delete the email address that is no longer needed
Click File > Save
Click File > Exit
